hi,
few problems, car hasnt been driven in a few days except for today but none the less dipped her for oil there is mayo on the top of dipstick and bottom of dipstick, wiped it and dipped again and still there dipped for a 3rd time and it was gone from the bottom but still at top, had a look at the coolant level and id say there was only a width of my finger worth of coolant in it??? head gasket going?

also whilst driving it we have noticed a high whine after acceleration and idle (video shows high whine)

Does the temp gauge rise higher than normal?

Might just be condensation causing the mayo, as long as the gauge doesnt go into the red I would let the engine get to full temp and stay there for 5/10mins. If this cures the problem then change the oil. If the engine starts to overhead then stop.
