e46 m3 steering rack

hi i need help i have 325 e30 converted to e34 v8 i fitted e46 m3 steering rack, once it was all installed we bled the system ,but the steering pulls instantly to the left and just stays there and takes a lot of effort to turn back the other way, has anyone else had this problem or can somewhen shed any light on this please..
