the Z3 shares the older design of the E30 (i.e trailing arm) and hence the reason some people who were scared to drift the car a bit didn't like them and said they didn't handle very well!!
to adjust the rear camber on your E30 you need to change the standard concentric bushes to eccentric bushes.
i would imagine a good place to start would be powerflex.co.uk

Hi,
The rear E30 subframe has two pick up's each side for the trailing arms.
This is where your rear Tariling Arm bushes are located.
To alter Camber, you need something like Kmac rear eccentric bushes to replace the standard rubber ones.
These are inserted on the two inner trailing arm pick ups.
If you then wish to alter toe in and out, then you fit the eccentric bushes to the two outer trailing arm bushes.
You will be able to adjust by about 1/2 pos to about -1 degree neg with these type bushes, no more.
The Kmac will be OK for road use, but not much use for a Track car has they are not solid bushes and have urethene [bad spelling] inserts in them.
You will need some specialist equipment to set it all up once fitted.
Ireland Enginnering also do a Toe in Kit and a Camber kit for the E30 rear, but this reaquires welding work to the rear subframe.

The Gorilla.

Hi,
Yes, Regal in Southampton sell the Kmac parts, as do CA-Automotive and a few other UK suppliers.

The link by ed325i is 'Gustaves' e30performance web site.
