Proper engine gasket installation

Hello, I'm in process of rebuilt of my engine, any member here know how to install engine gasket?

I mean does it just install without apply anything in the surface or put some grease or may be some sealer?

i use victor reinz brand gasket for both engine and top gasket

"Engine Gasket" = Head Gasket
"Top Gasket" = Rocker Cover Gasket
