erm,my 323i has a stutter, help.

hi all, new to this forum, looks great tho!!! my 84 323i kinda stutters, mainly when i turn right, or hit a bump, pretty sure it aint petrol pipes, leads or dizzy, ill be turning or whatever and it looses life for a split second, hope im explaining rightly what i mean. can anyone put me in the right direction please, cheers
