workshop/unit for rent Brentwood

I have a unit available to rent in Brentwood area.

Unit is 4.5M wide by 6M long, with high level storage space also. Adjacent to unit will be a fitted out 20ft lorry container with Shelves and workbench space.

I initially offered this space to G-Bear who is currently looking for a unit to work on his two E30's. Watford to Brentwood was the only stumbling block.

Electric and Water incuded in price.

Only interested in serious Zoner.

I can vouch for both seanboy and his offer of a workshop. It's an ideal opportunity for someone, seanboy is a sound chap and has good plans for the overall space. Deffinately worth having a look at. As he's already mentioned I just couldn't justify the miles to get there, grabbing a couples of hours work on my car here and there would envolve 1 a half to 2 hours all round journey... gutted really.
