Does anyone know what the fuel pressure in psi is on a an uprated 325 pump, i have a walbro 255lph in mine. I will be changing the lines shortly and just wondered if plastic piping thats rated to 15 psi will do?

Pump has little to do with fuel pressure, as long as it can produce enough. the pressure regulator on the fuel rail sets the pressure, and this will be 2.5 or 3.0 bar (45 PSI) relative to the pressure in the inlet plenum.
No, 15 PSI tube will not do!!!!!!!!
A fuel pump that produces much more than is required will overload the FPR to some degree, resulting in a higher pressure than intended, causing a rich mixture, excess fuel consumption, and a loss in power.
