E30 alignment settings?
Moderator: martauto
A quick query, if e30 m3 eccentric lollipop bushes are installed, should the vehicle be set up to e30 m3 tracking settings? Or to the cars own details? I'm presuming the info would be different to one another that is..

I'm told that tracking angles alter the way the car steers and 'feels' in a corner.
Both of my E30's have M3 type lollipop bushes, and I set mine to just a touch of 'toe in',on the basis that this will give parrall(?) running and best tyre wear.

A stock car used sensibly then set to standard, if you're driving aggressively with a lowered car then 3mm Toe in.badassyas wrote:A quick query, if e30 m3 eccentric lollipop bushes are installed, should the vehicle be set up to e30 m3 tracking settings? Of course this is all down to personal preference.
A little toe in puts a little heat into the front tyres for increased grip.

Can anyone suggest how to test if the boot lights are staying on with the boot shut?
