Can someone please help me identify the mechanical name of the part in the image below that has been spot welded together please, as i need to get it replaced asap. Cant seem to find it anywhere on the net to purchase it from.

The looks like the crankshaft vibration damper to me.

Crank pulley, the damper is seperate.
