Nice! A truly amazing country. I'm lucky enough to head out there 7 or 8 times a year promoting our bits'n bobs to Indian oil companies. You're right, a country on the up BIG time.

You been out there before? Where would the job be? I've never, ever seen an E30 out there, ever. Oh, and I wouldn't advise driving in the subcontinent unless you've a death wish and want to destroy your cars

Bet that owned by an embassy in Delhi at some point. Cost an absolute fortune to import those things in the 80s/90s...I really wouldn't want to take that onto the streets of Delhi!

Its Ravs, the 'tasteful' mods are a giveaway :)

The cooont is caked . He has it kept at his Delhi winter bolthole. When things get a bit chilly in Brum, he heads over to Delhi and rolls in his modded quattroporte throwing Rupees at the peasants as they look longingly at the indigo velourz :)

He is selling it as his new Hindustan Contessa has been delivered.

Lifes short - go for it! I can't wait till I head back there in December for the food if nothing else....just phenomenal.

There is some really impressive development, but u know what India is like - this money has not been spread out evenly! Certainly still has its problems. The cast system is apparently far less obvious than it used to be, but its not difficult to spot! So depending on your family history - that could be good or bad.....

When you heading out for interview?

I'd recommend the Taj Mahal Hotel in Delhi for your stay!

Haha! Yep the food! Remember some lamb chops I had were amazing! Even after 8 years no chops have come close!

That's allways been the case with India rich get richer poorer get poorer! Dunno about caste system didn't think it was still around in modern times? Let alone relevant in the cities, but my surname history reveals it's from rich origins! 8)

I've put myself forward for the role recently, so not sure on a interview date as yet,

Taj mahal hotel? Sounds expensive! Should be cool though I got fam scattered around so shoudnt take too much to settle in! If i cba il just pop there for some homecooked food! :D
