Full beam and sidelight's are working but there's no dipped beam. I've checked out the technical article on fuses and each side has it's own fuse so that rules out it being the fuse?
I've got a relay on the way but haven't got a clue how to fit it, Any help with that much apreciated.
Thanks

just pull out the old one and replace with new one they only go in one way so you should not be able to get it wrong hope this fixes your problem

If the hi beams work, then the headlamp switch is OK, since the hi beams are switched by connecting to the dip beam switched line.
As you say, the dip beams are fused individually, so that just leaves relay K4 and the low beam check relay (if you have one).
First check is to turn the dipped headlamps on (ignition on) and pull relay K4 and in and listen to see if it clicks.
Second test is to turn the lights and ignition off and to link the 30 and 87 of the K4 relay socket with a short piece of wire. This should light the dipped beams.

Thankyou
I now have dipped beam. I'd ordered up a new relay from jonb not realising what one was! I thought a relay was a load of wires that needed putting in
Set off tonight with the instructions for testing the relay but forgot where the new relay had to go, My Dad took over and swapped them all but they still weren't working, So thought we'd best check the bulbs and one wasn't attached and the other wasn't there at all
