Hi just bought a 318is
unfortunately its fitted with fibreglass copy mtec2 front bumper
to return it to standard is my first thought however im unsure of the amount of work and what parts are required I assume the original facelift front valance is a bolt on item? any suggestions would be appreciated

The front bumper is a one piece item so undo the two large torx screws and pull forward off the runners, pretty much the same on the rear.
Side skirts may be a probem though,
it all depends on how they were fitted and you may have unwanted drill holes. 8O

that looks nasty!!

mine has a genuine set of tech 1 side skirts fitted which I think I quite like.
but I really do quite like the standard front end so that's the way Im going.
First job though is the removal of wings and bumpers they have been refitted after painting without any sealer and only half of the bolts ,alignment is all over the place hopefully not to many hidden nasties.
