hi guys, not been on here for a bit due to shite internet but ive since come up with some mega plans for the car. s54 conversion, paint and oem kit...

part of the plan is to fit tech 1 bumpers to my car, i understand they dont just bolt on and im wondering if someone can advise me how this is done.
pics would be appreciated if possible as i have someone in mind who is good with a welder that i will be employing to help me fit them
thanks 8)

Not a straight forward job i'm afraid, I know the front valance/panel needs to be replaced to the prefacelift one to make it fit, the rear one might bolt straight on, but dont quote me on that, Side skirts will fit.

It will look a little odd in my opinion.

Pretty sure this is quite major work, going on the changes needed to fit at tech II kit to a pre-facelift. The pre-facelift to facelift change is documented in the wiki so may be a case of doign the same but in reverse.

but i didnt ask for that... i dont see how it would look odd to be fair. i would of course fit the tech 1 valance to. im not into bodgery, it would be done properly :)

front and sides are easy. All nuts and bolts. The rear you will need to remove the valance with a grinder or nibbler, and make some new mounting holes/plates for the bumper. Just go and get stuck in.
