interior light retarder

I found this part in ETK, no. 61 31 1 375 197, what would that be and where is it located ? thanks

I'm assuming this would be the interior light delay, it delays the interior light from going off for about 8 seconds after entering the car, I think it's located down behind the front drivers (RHD) side speaker.

It is not i think, that is different, Im thinking it slowly turns the light off (fading) after a delay or when you close the door if you dont have delay !? Correct me someone if Im wrong, i didt hear about that in the e30s but it must be when its in ETK for e30
