been cleaning and degreasing my engine bay been finding bubbling sanded it down and just kept finding small rust spots, just minor surface rust, its all solid metal underneath

i fertaned most of the small spots of rust, do i just spray over it now?

i dont want it to bubble back up and ruin the paintwork,

Wipe it off with a damp rag mate.

Its a firm favourite with submariners, if its good for a sub,its good for a turd.

its good stuff and the product of choice for metal boat hulls, metal boat+water=rust , so its more than good enough for automobiles !

best thing to get, is a tin of touch up paint from paints4u.com, £10 odd for 500ml and comes with a brush and laquer pre mixed in, so fertan the small spots and areas ,leave 24 hours or longer, then wipe residue away, treated areas will be black, then just paint over with the touch up paint, no mess like spraying and you can just do the needed spots easily !
