in the process of a 325 swap, changing the front struts and rear end for 325 discs..
wanted to find out would i need to swap over the servo and master cylinder as i think the servo on the donor car is past it,
would the 316i servo unit and piping suffice?
both non abs,
i know the inlet vacuum pipe of the manifold would need a swap the 325 is a two pipe and 1,6 is single
apart from that would it be pretty much bolt on to existing brake lines?
316i to 325 (brake swap)

Servo and m/c should be the same between 325i and 316i AFAIK.

Late 325s use the simplified single servo pipe as well, with a convoluted air hose without the second branch, and the servo rotated through 180 degrees to put the vacuum connection in the right place.
Makes working on the inlet side of the engine a lot easier if this mod. is done.

ive spent too much money on this thing its sucking my bank account dry
so dont want to do any mods that arnt strictly neccessary at this time, its a pre-facelift 325 set up going into a f-lift btw if it changes anything?
so thats cool, the servo n mc can stay as it is , least ive saved some money on the brakes!
