Tune up parts question.

My 1983 320i European model has the M20-B23 engine not sold here in the states. Auto part searches only list the 4 cylinder engines. The owner's manual is written in German, no comprende!
I need the basic tune-up info: Spark plugs, oil filter, transmission and rear end oil specifications, and any other information that could prove useful.
This is my first BMW. I have only owned the car for a week and am enjoying it immensely.
