valve adjustment - tightening the eccentric nut

for valve adjustment,

Bit tricky to get a torque wrench to fit for this job, so how tight do the nuts that hold the eccentric need to be?


really tight? or moderatley tight?

Moderately tight is good. Too tight will strip the threads of the bolt :(
