In it's current state it needs at least the following:
Both front wings replaced
Rear quarters replaced
New sunroof panel (in the process of sourcing a moonroof)
Tech II kit removed and everything behind it checked and more than likely welded.
Scuttle panel welded, it has the mother of all holes see below.
New carpet
New dash and under dash panels
Alpina's refurbed including new locks and lock covers as the last owner lost the key.
Fully respray - more than likely going as far down to bare metal as possible.
Get the motor running again. Engine hasn't run since 2008 with a suspected ECU issue. Planning on a full engine build from the ground up including Schrick cams, ported and polished high compression head, BTB manifold, BBTB you name it.

I've got a huge list of parts still to get but I am getting there. Pictures as it arrived and after I just had a quick T-cutting session. I literally took the 'Polishing a turd' expression to the next level with it being so rusty but I couldn't have it sitting on the driveway looking cream. So tidied it up with a bit of T-cut and changed the front grilles from the faded grey crap to better black grilles and my shiny kidney grille and replaced the roundel. This will be a mother of a build but I reckon she'll be worth saving. Will keep you posted
