Which engine oil for a track-used M20?

Hi all,

Did try a quick search but everytime I click search the page just goes black (with the main E30zone banner still there ) So gave up on that one. Had a look on google and have found advice from different people/forums to use the follwing...

5w/30
5w/40
5w/50
5w/60
10w/40
10w/50
10w/60
20w/50
20w/60



Bit confusing to say the least!

So my question to you lot is which would you reccomend for a M20 which is pretty much only going to be used on track/hard driving?

And what are your opinions on mineral/standard/semi and synthetic oil in these engines?

I use Castrol Magnatec 10/40 in my E30 that I use on drift days.
