elec aerial help!!

hi all,every time mt elec aerial goes down it makes a shuddering/vibrating noise for bout 5-10 secs that sounds like its jamming going down,ive sprayed it and cleaned with wd40,any ideas?

Time for a new one, mine did that and I cleaned it with wd40 for days!! Bought a new one from BMW, I think it was about Ԛ£35.....Worked a treat

probably no teeth left on the plastic rod thingy.(inside the metal shaft bit)

I always thought two aerials would look good. One on each side winkeye
