Cheap bodyshop in Thornton Heath for VW Polo Rear Bumper???

As above - wondering if anyone round here knows of a dirt cheap bodyshop that can supply and fit a rear bumper for an '09 plate VW Polo?????

Had a quote of £280, but wanna make sure that's as cheap as I can possibly get - as it's not even my car

This is the 'damage' that the quote was for!!!

Only had the one quote so far and they said the bumper needs replacing!!
