I managed to knock the rear view mirror off on my touring. It's not broken, but it's a tough spring loaded type fitting. I can't access the area to give enough force to knock it back. Any suggestions?
I'm hoping the head lining doesn't need to come off.
Cheers

you might need to remove the panel, if you cant get it in as it is just remove the 8 screws on the visor brackets and just pull it down slightly if it gives better access, try greasing it up, i just used some sillicone spray but anything shold do,pop one side in then just push it in as hard as you can

Thank you. I was wondering if removing the visor brackets might be enough. I'll give it a go :D
