I've bought new H&R springs for my 318i auto but when i went to fit them i noticed the shocks were leaking on the front. Need advice on which new shocks to fit and are there two types as i've seen inserts & normal looking shocks aswell.

youll need the Insert type for the 45mm Strut.

If you have the money, these will be perfect
