Hello Lad's,
I have recently put a short shift in my car all is good how ever when car is in motion and you put it in second gear you can feel somthing touching, when you hold second gear and push it to the left you get a little knocking noise and a feeling like something going round. The car drives fine in all gears and change's well.
Has anyone come across this before or can anyone shed any light.
Thank's Gill

Sounds like your selector rod needs bending slightly.

If the problem is contact with part #3, this part can be removed with no ill effects. It was only required in conjunction with early versions of #2.
