Took the car out for its first proper dive albeight just round 2 streets at my house since fitting the new wheels.

The car is on a -40mm drop, with 15x7 ET13 wheels on 205x50x15 rubber.

When turning left with the wheels about half way to full lock they are srcubbing on the inner arch liner, not the wing itself.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do to resolve it?

Yes - all you need to do is adjust the position of the arch liner.

Its held in place at both sides by several of the plastic 10mm nuts - undo them, push/pull the liner towards the front of the car/away from the front face of the wheel and re tighten.

When you get your head under the arch and see where its fastened you will see that the mountings are slotted to allow for adjustment.

Hope that helps - it worked for my car anyway

If you find any of the plastic nuts holding the liner on are stiff, give them a good soak with WD before removal. They can seize and you'll take the thread out of the chassis.
