I passed a guy yesterday in a new M5, and I caught him checking out my 325 Motorsport cab! Made me feel good, as his ride was worth 60k+ more and I'd give both my testicles to have one!
You seen anyone in some hot car who couldn't keep their eyes off your E30?

hmmm, i do get a few people coming up to me asking to buy my car. and once or twice i had people leaving their business card on my windscreen. Leaves a warm fuzzy feeling in my stomach, knowing people like my car.

A guy ran up to me in Belfast once asking to buy my GSI Astra as it was the tidiest one he had seen in years and he had one when they first came out.
As for the 325 Sport I had a very similar encounter to you Bug4life. I was on the motorway one day when a brand new 5 Series drove past and the family inside were all looking to my car and staring. The driver was pointing to the car and they all looked really interested for some reason.
Either they just appreciate well kept old BMW's or perhaps the driver was one of the original owners of my car or he had one just like it?
Anyway it was nice to see the car being appreciated by someone in a car worth a hell of a lot more.

had a few notes left on my car since i have owned it. I even had an old man with a walking stick stop me and say how nice the sport was and that i was doing a good job keep a "classic motor" like that going!
People always stare at my alpinas on the motorway, i wonder why?!
