This is order to change to the later 1.3 Motronic, so the ECU
has been removed , obviously.

From inside, push the side of the larger rubber grommet inwards into the hole, it should pop through slightly, the rest will follow and once the grommet is out the way it will slide out easily enough. Pulling on the loom might cause damage.
