Can anyone help me identify a noise coming from (what sounds and feels like) the NSF of the car?

I was at Oulton Park today in the race car (PBMW spec M40 engined car), and after the last time out I changed the NSF wheel bearing as there seemed to be a noise and vibration when the car was loaded up around right hand bends.

When the wheel bearing was changed, it didnt feel notchy, had no play or tight spots. Nor did the other front, or indeed the rears.

The noise has not gone away and seems to be getting progressively worse.

Its on GAZ Golds, RPM topmounts, M3 lollipop bushes and R888's.

Could it be the other OSF wheel bearing?
Could it be the NSR?
Or a noist driveshaft?

Any help welcome :)
