E30 cabriolet 325i removal of window and mechanism

Hi guys dont know if anyone can help but i wanna take out the window and electric mechanism out of the passenger side door of my cabriolet.
I spoke to some guys and they said the mech is riveted???
How easy is it to do?

Rivetted? My 1990 cab has a bolt in mech. Remove the handle (3 screws one behind panel on top edge). Remove the door card. You will see the 10mm screws. Three for the mech and another two for a runner.
