320 head on 325

I read somewhere that putting a 320 head on a 325 will give better performance or ssomething. How true is this, and is it an easy swap?

well mate don't beleve everything you hear, i will tell you for a fact,
a 320i, head will NOT fit on to a 325i

That's on the US 325, which came with the eta lump.
E30 in need of wiring loom smoke since April '11...
