Hi,

My car is testing me at the moment - after curing a battery drain and putting the car back together last weekend the indicators have stopped working this weekend. :-x

My indicators are not working but my hazard lights are. I checked through the circuits and find all components working as they should, apart from I have no power from fuse 4. I have narrowed it down to somewhere between the connection between the dash wiring in the passenger footwell and the fuse box the circuit is open. I would like to check this connection just in case a pin has backed out, but am unable to get the connector apart. I have released the slider mechanism (I do not know if I have pulled this out far enough) but the two sides will not budge apart. I do not want to force it to much through fear of causing further damage. My glove box light is not working, but it is a 1990 prefacelift cabrio, so I assume that fuse 4 is not feeding this lamp.

Also the left hand lamp from the heater controls (the one behind the temperature adjustment) has fallen out, hence the left side is not illuminated. Does any one have a diagram where this bulb holder fits the back of the heater unit?

Thanks in advance for any advice anyone may have.
