Had my heater matrix off and now its back on im struggling to bleed up the coolant system! not sure if ive put the pipes back on the correct way round the pipe from the top heater matrix hole ive got running accross the block to the thermostat and from the bottom hole ive used the small pipe which goes to the back of the head. Is this the right way round? The car is a 325.

Yes,pipe from the back of the head goes to the bottom matrix outlet.
Try raising the front passenger corner of the car while bleeding it,sometimes helps.
