map reading rear view mirror

ezzy fellas, right i have a simple question, does anybody know how to fit the oridginal rear view mirror with map reading lights into a cab, i got one of a sport im breaking and i really want this mirror in my cab pls help!!
E30 the only bm to have.

yes mate pop the old one out
you need to wire a live from the interior light near the door and i earthed mine to a screw holding up the sunvisor
getting the mirror back in was the hardest bit lol
