Need help please on my front bumper...

Well il try to explain the best i can...my front bumper's midlle suports are broken,sorry if i canot be more clear here's a foto to make it easier to understand...


As u can see the bumper is a bit down on the midle how do i remove the bumper? and how can i fix the suports?do i have to replace them?
I know probably this happened to some of u so if u could help me i would be very gratefull

couple of my clips are broken too. You can get the clips from the dealers and they're not expensive. Don't think you will need to remove the bumper - just the front apron under the bumper. hth
