My friend has a rear diff that needs ID'ingbefore he fits so he can be sure its an LSD and has the correct ratio... were not sure if its out of a 6 series even though it has E24 on the casing or if its from an E9 which is what hes going to be fitting it into !!!
These are all the number which can be found on the diff casing.

1BMW E24
1207506 MS0 (or could be M90)

I had a scan on real OEM but couldnt find anything ?
Any help on this would be much apperciated.
