They do still make them, i've just bought a full system, took delivery about 3 weeks ago and it was made to order, I.e. not off the shelf. A lot of money but very high quality. I'll be finding out whether it fits my e36 rack in about 2 weeks, cheers, nick hine.

The BTB3 is the only one which clears a Z3/E36/E46 rack.

I'm not sure what the BTB3 refers to, the only similar code on their website (i.e. one with a 3 in it) is ESBMW03-A0-R0SS refers to the M30 exhaust not the M20. There's no mention of a BTB3 in the documentation I have. Unless it's just that it's the Mk 3 version of my exhaust designed to clear the e36 rack?

Correct nick. They don't make anything other than the BTB3 racks anymore AFAIK, which do clear the quick racks. They don't make anything in other than stainless either, no mild steel. They do come with steel exhaust clamps though, which I'd change for some stainless Mikalor's or the likes..

I can confirm that the latest BTB headers clear the e36 rack, loads of space. I was even able to drop the engine/box and headers as one unit into my engine bay with no clearance issues.
