has anyone bothered wiring the speed-dependent function on an e36 business head unit when fitted into an e30 ? i see in the manual that its pin 10 on the stereo but i need to know where to connect it to on an e30 . i know its not needed but it would be nice if it could work :)

could i use the output signal from the dash clocks to the obc / cruise control ? wot colour wire should i be looking for at the clocks ? tia

bit of a gimmick but the faster you drive the louder the stereo gets . more road noise = more volume
