hiya fella
best bet is lots of wd40 to try free up some of the muck thats holding it in
once youve removed the allen bolt you need to gently twist and pull until it comes loose
this may take a while and you may need to keep soaking with wd or a penetrating oil
when you do get it off clean it up like new also clean the hub where it gets its reading from

Thanks matey ..... never having removed it before can I ask ... do I need to remove the plug before I undo the allen bolt or just the allen bolt and the whole thing comes out with it ??
Never thought putting this H+R kit would take so long !!!!
19 years of muck and rust ain't easy to work with !!!!

no prob
dosent really matter but to be safe you may as well disconnect plug first that way you wnt end up stretching any of the wires which would bugger the sensor
it will take time to get the sensors out but stay patient dnt lose ya rag like i did first time cos its easy to damage the sensors and they aint cheap good luck fella
you got the spoiler on yet??
get some pics up when you got h&r kit on mate Daz

the plug should be ok??
just squeeze the connector a little and they should pull apart
you do mean the plug that attatches to the leg??
should go thru inner arch etc and connect just inside the engine bay iirc?

Was just following Bentley ... don't actually see why I should remove the abs sensor apart from getting the whole mount free .... you telling me there is another plug so that I dont have to remove the sensor from the hub ??
Got the rest of the mount off ... now lying on the ground cos I couldn't reach that damn plug with the mount in place !!
