What a nice looking and original car. Low mileage and manual too. Well worth the pennies.

This is quite near me and looks a very tidy thing. I may just go and have a look at it tomorrow. Its just the wheels that put me off - 18s on a standard E34 are an epic tramlining fail. :(

I'm a big auto fan but a manual E34 525i is absolutely bulletproof mechanically. That car easily has another 15+ years life in it.

Sorry, wrong colour outside and in. I really dont like light interiors :( There was an 80,000 miler on the bay a while back that went for about 1300 IIRC, that one looks to have been sat on the pitch for a while

Really like both of these old tubs. If parking at work and petrol wasn't such an issue I'd love a minty E34

i have fancied 518i SE, almost got one a couple years ago, burgundy, cream interior, mint paintwork, FSH, all for £350.00. Gutted i didn't get it, only didn't buy it as it was very very jumpy in first to the point where you couldn't use it, had to pull away in 2nd gear all the time.

A 518i with a M43 donk is not a bad daily driver at all. Their superior low down torque makes them a nicer drive than a 520i IMO. Their only real negative is that most are a bit poverty spec.

I've gotten used to 40+mpg diesels now unfortunately - plus the E34 is a fair sized old barge and parking around where I work is very tight. Its a non starter unfortunately

Ones to look for are the SE's. This one very highly spec'd. Even has AC.

How funny! :D

I know the seller of this car. He phoned me up and asked me what he thought it was worth.

He also told me how much he stole, sorry bought it for!
