is there any difference of ecu's for the 325?

i have 380 , is that different to the 173??
if there wern't people like me,
with cars like mine,
who would you put down to make yourself feel better?

380 is a later version of the ECU than the 173, but can suffer problems with its idle control circuit.
If you have a choice, go with the 173.
