Beware of this guy true con artist!! Bought some rear coilovers off him, and one Was shagged. So when I asked for a refund he said No straight away didn't even give me the time of day what is that about! Also this may seem a bit funny but he took £30 less than the asking price with no problem maybe that part is just mind games.
I don't like putting people down but this guy is a true scammer, so as you know he sold me rear coilovers and one is faulty, I put them on and test drove the car and found a thumping noise so I took the coilover off and loosened the spring, and found that the shock can be pumped by hand. So called spax today and they said that it seems like the oil has leaked out. Phil172 won't give me a refund and states that it was sold as seen which is fair enough if the item was not faulty, it's hard to tell when the coilover is one piece and the adjusting plates were locked together, because the spring holds the piston up, but I can't see how the shock will pop after a 20second drive with no sign of oil spilage on the shock after? So it seem they were fooked before hand!
