What makes it even worse is it wasn't an attempt to steal it or steal anything out of it... just a mindless sense of vandalism... It would of been impossible to steal as it was on the drive, gets locked and a car infront of the gates. and nothing was stolen as the car is still locked and no attempt made to get in.

what makes it worse is the fact the police have just called and said they won't be out, even though the boulder is still in the car and probably got a few good prints on it... now if i had of caught the guys doing it, and given him a good kickin, i'd of been hauled in and arrested. The system's a joke

Sorry to see this.....

crumb of comfort is...the tosser(s) who did this could've done worse to her (i.e., kick in your panels, mess up your leathers etc.)....

Hope it doesn't cost that much to replace your window.

Maybe set traps for the c**s next time they come back. :x

Mindless act.

But, as has been said had it been done to try and steal, it would have been a lot more damage. At least it's a nice simple repair.

As for the police not being interested, sorry, but they won't be getting prints off that rock.

people now a days are just f*ck nuggets... nothing better in life to do than f*ck other people's stuff up... I'm putting this week down on record as being my worst week ever... glad to put it behind me now...

start off with i've had man flu thats lasted most the week.
my iphone broke and had it replaced with a handset that is faulty
had my window smashed on my car

and then to finish off my week... i've just had a gun held up at me by armed police LOL! seriously FML!

I know!! and if i was reading this and it hadn't happened to me i probably wouldn't believe it....

but walking back from the pub tonight i turn the corner to walk up the back of my house only to get up by my back fence to go in the house and an armed police officer walk round the corner with his gun up... only for him to say "evening" and carry on down the street i'd just walked up... seems to be a few police cars in my street.... i was half tempted to crack a joke and ask if they were here about my car... but thought best to just scoot on in to my house lol. Gonna check the paper tomorrow evening to see as to why they were in the street.

I remember years ago working in a local pub in N Ireland. It was a beautiful day so I strolled out the front door for a smoke. As I stepped out the door, I literally walked onto the end of an SA-80...

It was an Army patrol doing a walkabout, but the guy holding the gun was about 17 and looked shit scared - really, really jumpy. I'm guessing he was probably in his first few days over here. I've no doubt if his safety had been off he'd have pulled the trigger. He looked that shaken up. To be fair I'm sure they've been warned about people appearing out of nowhere like that. Long moment, then he extracted his gun barrel from my armpit and went on his way. Scary moment!

i'm somewhat used to guns after working on an army camp for 3 years permanently under armed guard (on the gates entering camp) but to see one in my street at home scared the life outta me haha

Guns themselves don't bother me, but a gun in the hands of a terrified teenager scares the crap out of me..

Even I would like to catch the bastards that did that!

I do feel for ya,not long ago someone sliced up my cabbie roof.

What paint is that theyv thrown?,cos if it's waterbased you can clean it off,but if it's the dreaded other it's going to be costly.

Hope they catch the bastards. :x

It was this mornng??

If it's like the kids round by me,they have this mentality where if they do anything to yr property and you phone the police and they get caught, then they want fuckin revenge!
So they then return to cause more damage!

I didn't even bother calling the police when they did my roof in,I knew nothing couldbe done.

A couple ov years back you used to see a police car every hour driving up my road, now your lucky to see one every two days,I know they are short staffed but even drive round regulary and visually, could still put the bastards off doing stuff like this.

yeh dude had a neighbour knock and tell me this morning... so that's my window done friday night and then the paint all over it last night.

popped the bonnet and all the paint has gone down the top of my wings... basically followed the draining thingies (excuse technical term winkeye )

i'm devastated... looks like i'll need a new screen, gonna have to shot blast that scuttle panel, bonnet, bumper and valance... new grilles too
