I have rear trailing arms to convert my e30 to discs. However just noticed that the handbrake ducting has been cut straight through.

Now looking from the outside it looks like I cannot get a spanner or anything onto the end to unscrew the cut pipe.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME??

It should just come off, its not held in with anything.

agree, in theory it should come off if you pull hard enough.
You may have to dismantle the handbrake shoe mechanism that pushes out the shoes inside the disc to then remove a small bracket that the cable passes through and then hammer it out from the other side - the disc side. This is because its probably stuck solid.
This bracket is a pita because you can only remove it by undoing the 14mm (socket size) bolts with a 1/4" drive short socket - anything with a bigger drive wont fit as its too deep and i couldn't spanner it cos of access.
