How to make the exhaust manifold fit [m52]

Can anyone give me some guidance and/or pics of what modifications are needed to get the exhaust manifold to fit? I have picks of the manifolds Eko (I think) got made, but none to give me an idea of what needs to be done near where they bolt up.

I'm hoping to get the engine (trial) fitted over the xmas break and read to go in once I have all the parts for the conversion.
