Shock Insert Collar

I bought some new front shock inserts but the collar wont fit over them. Where can i get new collar nuts from?
Should come with the correct collar.
Get them from ECP by any chance?

No i bought them from FK Automotive. The supplier said they dont come with collars.
I'm replacing knackered Bilsteins thats why i need a different collar.
