M10 Gearboxes - Auto to Manual conversion

Hi,

I want (need) to convert an auto 318i M10 to manual transmission.

Can I fit a M20 box or does it need to be an M10 box or possibly even a M3/S14 box?

Propshaft, I imagine if I fit a non M10 box then the output flange will sit in the same place along the car, so I would need the prop to match the box.

Any help would be most appreciated.

you can't fit an m20 box mate.

You'll need an m10 box.

You can fit an s14 dogleg but you'd need the diff aswell to make the gearing right. The s14 and m10 bottom ends are very similar
