Hi Guys

Could you please advise me on what the best ice setup would be for a convertible

i want to keep the setup stealth though so it looks original, but sounds fantastic!

I have an alpine 4 channel amp, kenwood headunit, and access to sub amps as well.

What is the biggest size i can go for the standard positions, and is it advisable to go for 6x9's in the rear (i WILL make them fit if required!!)

Thanks

The bmw cab is a great car to put a stereo in. You can fit in 5"speakers in the front footwells and 5"speakers in the rear panels. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

I'm going to try and make some front doorbuilds that hold a 6"+4"+tweeter, and make some 10"subwoofer pods for the rear panels.

I don't think 6x9's will fit at the back,as the panels are on a curve.

hiya. Once back from the garage, my set up will be:
6.5", 4" and tweeter in each door. I've been able to get some angled spacer rings, so will not be doing door builds. These will run off 3-way crossovers, powered by a 4 channel amp. The rears (for fill) will be 5&1/4 two ways. Bass provided by a powered underseat sub (2 x 6.5" subs)
Subtle and a good quality of music, rather than out and out loud.
