BBS RS 023 is suitable for E30 M3?

I have BBsS RS023 whichy is 5x112. I know M3 is 5x120 but is it possible to fix it my M3 or not. If yes how can I fix it?

They will not fit without conversion adaptors, 5x112 to 5x120.

Not sure if adaptors for this PCD change are available though

You can use adaptors for that ET on an M3, you'll need to find comething with a more aggressive ET to be able to use adaptors, and I don't normally advise that.
I would be holding out for 5x120 RS's

Using adaptors would bring the ET close to 0. Either get some wheels with high ET or as Rav said, hold out for some in the correct fitment 5x120. Not that difficult to source.
