...how easy is it to tell what if any sort of rust is happening under the motorsport body kit?!

I am slowly trying to get my cab into a state that i am happy with as i changed the rear brakes the weekend i noticed a small amount starting to appear underneath the bodykit where you jack the cars up.

Where are you talking about? If you mean what's commonly referred to as the "jacking points"(just behind where mudflaps would be if fitted), you shouldn't be jacking it up there anyway! Just thought I'd mention that before you go through the floor... (you probably don't mean that as I just noticed you said rear brakes but anyway!)

As for rust under the tech-2 kit, it's pretty much always there  You'll just have to take the kit off & keep your fingers crossed... Good luck!

yeah you have the lip that runs along the underside of the car with the jacking points at the front and rear i mean that!!

How is the kit secured to the car? are the door panels secured with some type of glue of something?
